I went for a walk on Isle of Palms this evening and ran into some kite flyers.  Turns out, one of the gentleman - Larry -  makes these stunt kites here in North Charleston and has been flying them for over 18 years on IOP, Sullivans and Folly Beach.  Chances are, if you've seen a stunt kite looping around front beach on a breezy summer day, its Larry's!!!
