When Ana first told me that she wanted to do a 'Notebook' themed engagement session, I freaked! How fun was this going to be?! After lots of planning and research, we decided to have more of a 'Notebook'-influenced session. We all had such a fun day making our way all over Charleston at three very different locations.
We chose locations around Charleston that were the same or similar to the movie. We started at Folly Beach at sunrise and had beautiful light while the sun was rising over the ocean. Later in the morning, we headed to Cypress Gardens (where part of the movie was actually filmed!) and canoed around the quiet marsh. There is something undeniably romantic about a canoe and dripping spanish moss hanging from the cypress trees. We ended the day at sunset in Downtown Charleston at some of my favorites spots in the side streets near The Battery.
Ana and Chris are simply adorable and I cannot wait to be a part of their wedding day next spring in Charleston!
